2. Cancellation of Subscription Plans
2.1. Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans can be canceled at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.2. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the subscription term. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid annual period, at which point it will not renew.
2.3. Lifetime subscriptions: There is a 15 day cancellation available for the Lifetime Plan, from the date of purchase.
2.4. Free Subscriptions: The Free Plan offered by UTMLink.io is entirely free of charge, and there are no associated fees. There are no cancellation requests for the Free Plan as it does not involve any payment.
3. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, you must follow these steps:
3.1. Log In: Log in to your UTMLink.io account using your credentials.
3.2. Subscription Management: Navigate to the "Account Settings" section of your dashboard.
3.3. Cancellation Request: Select the option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Monthly Subscriptions: UTMLink.io does not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
4.2. Annual Subscriptions: UTMLink.io does not provide refunds for the remaining months of an annual subscription. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the paid annual period.
4.3. Lifetime Subscriptions: Customers who have purchased the Lifetime Plan made a one-time payment for unlimited access to UTMLink.io. There is a 15 day cancellation available for the Lifetime Plan, from the date of purchase.
4.4. Free Subscriptions: The Free Plan offered by UTMLink.io is completely free of charge. As there are no associated fees with the Free Plan, there are no refund options available.
5. Termination by UTMLink.io
UTMLink.io reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to our services for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of our Terms of Service or any applicable laws and regulations.
